I've seen some here dismiss their years in college radio, even going as far as saying it didn't count as real broadcast experience. Fact of the matter is, our instructor told us that it indeed counted as actual experience and for us to include it on our resumes. With the current state of most commercial radio, I still turn to college radio for an occasional fix.
