Try this easy dessert recipe - Mango Tapioca Pearls - shared by Resident Reporter Yumo Yuan.

✨ 3 ripe mangoes (cubed + puréed)
✨ 400ml coconut milk
✨ 50g tapioca pearls
✨ Sweeten with condensed milk or sugar

Boil pearls until translucent, mix with mango + coconut, chill, and serve!

This Ardrey Kell sophomore started golfing at 4 and has since led teams, won awards, and even trained at UNC Chapel Hill’s renowned Chapman Golf Center. But beyond the greens, Cooper juggles AP classes, friendships, and a whole lot of ambition. ✨
