Photos from day one at Media Now! Once introduced to their specific journalism-related courses, our staff members participated in an event called “Messtastic”within their first few hours at Media Now, which included lots of teamwork oriented activities such as relay races and competitive pudding-throwing contests, ending with a communal colored powder fight! Wish our staffers luck on the rest of their journey at Media Now!

Our very own Dwight Erdmann just leveled up his design game at Columbia University! He’s been busy creating a super cool Globe style-guide, snagging all the best InDesign hacks, and making friends (and collaborating!) with students from every corner of the globe. Pretty epic, right? Students in ’s Design Concepts class took a trip downtown to the Strand Bookstore () to explore design themes in printed publications. Following that, they made a quick stop at the Union Square farmers market.

Happy birthday, Dwight!
