My favorite go-to lunch spot has very nearly completed their remodel. I canā€™t wait to be able to pull up a chair, coffee in hand and go to work creating.

The store, updated coffee shop and amazingly upgraded deli and bakery are going to be a pillar in downtown.

šŸšœToday, I met in the rural areas of Isanti County over the tailgate of a pickup truck. Farmland and hills are never wasted on me.

šŸŒ½I grew up with dirt roads, corn fields and making my own funā€”interestingly my job is to take that growing up, and keep it relevant to today while paying homage to simpler times and days gone by.
