Lemon Curd (Stovetop) 🍯
Silky, rich lemon curd — spread it, spoon it, swirl it into yogurt.
Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/2 cup lemon juice

2/3 cup sugar

Zest of 2 lemons

4 tbsp butter

Instructions:

Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and zest in a saucepan.

Cook over medium, stirring, until thickened.

Stir in butter off heat. Chill before serving.

Cinnamon Oladushki
A touch of cinnamon adds extra warmth and flavor to these yeasted pancakes.

Ingredients:

2 cups kefir

1 tsp yeast

1 tbsp sugar

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 egg

3 tbsp butter

Instructions:

Mix kefir, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Add flour, cinnamon, egg, and butter. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Fry pancakes until golden brown.

Serve with maple syrup.

Raspberry Roll-Up Palmiers
Ingredients:

1 pre-rolled puff pastry sheet

2 tbsp raspberry fruit spread

1 tbsp white sugar

Instructions:

Roll pastry gently. Spread fruit spread across.

Sprinkle sugar, fold into center-rolls.

Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Bake at 400°F for 13–15 mins.

Cool on tray, then enjoy.

Raspberry Rose Vanilla Dream Cake
Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 ½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 ¾ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs, room temp

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup whole milk, room temp

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients and milk, alternating between the two. Divide between pans and bake for 28-32 minutes.

Cool completely. Fill with raspberry rose jam and buttercream.

Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars – Homemade Version
These homemade Cranberry Bliss Bars are a delicious copycat of the Starbucks version, packed with sweet cranberries, creamy white chocolate, and a burst of citrus from the orange glaze! Perfect for any holiday dessert table.
Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

Zest of 1 orange

Glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp orange juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease or line a baking pan.

Beat butter and brown sugar together, then add eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Fold in cranberries, white chocolate chips, and orange zest.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before glazing.

Whisk the glaze ingredients together and drizzle over the bars.

Slice and serve this holiday delight!

Gingerbread Cookie Glaze
Ingredients:

50g simple syrup

50g corn syrup

Steps:

Mix equal amounts of simple syrup and corn syrup.

Brush over your gingerbread cookies for a glossy finish.

Place the cookies back in the oven for 1-2 minutes to help set the glaze.

Potato Dumplings in Curry Peanut Sauce
Enjoy a delightful bite of chewy potato dumplings smothered in a creamy, rich curry peanut sauce.

Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes

1/4 cup tapioca flour

Salt to taste

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp curry powder

Steps:

Boil potatoes and mash them, then add starch and salt.

Shape into dumplings and boil until they rise.

Prepare the satay sauce by combining peanut butter, coconut milk, and curry powder.

Toss the dumplings in the sauce and serve.

Go-To Chocolate Chip Cookies
A recipe that’s been my favorite for over a decade. Double it, freeze it, bake it—thank me later!
Ingredients:

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 sticks salted butter, softened

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix until smooth.

2½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking soda
Combine gently.

4 semi-sweet chocolate bars, chopped
Chill dough for 15 mins. Bake at 350°F.
12 mins for regular, 15-17 mins for larger cookies.

Cheesy No Knead Bread
Ingredients:

3 cups flour

1/4 tsp instant yeast

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions:

Mix flour, yeast, salt, and cheese.

Stir in warm water to form sticky dough.

Let rise 12 hours.

Bake in Dutch oven at 450°F: 30 mins covered, 15 uncovered.

Let cool. Cheesy heaven!
