Sometimes the right move is to walk away.

Losing a house stings. Ignoring inspection red flags, stretching your budget past comfort, or accepting bad terms stings a lot more, and it lasts a lot longer.

The right home will not ask you to abandon your financial boundaries. If it does, it is not the right home.

A good agent will tell you when to walk. Not just when to sign.

I tell every buyer this and I will keep saying it. There is no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to buying a home.📣

Honestly I get more concerned when a client stops asking questions. This is one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make. It is your money, your monthly payment and your future, not mine.

Ask me the same thing three times. Ask what a term means. Ask if something feels normal. I would rather answer it twice than have you guess and get it wrong.

I would rather walk you through one hundred questions and have you feel confident in your decision than have you stay quiet because you think you should already know the answer.

You are not supposed to know everything about the home buying process. That is exactly why a realtor is here.
