Yeahā€¦ you read that right.

Stopping two universes from colliding by himself.

After what we saw from him in Thunderbolts, we already know the MCU version of Sentry is ridiculously powerfulā€¦ but this would take it to cosmic levels.

But hereā€™s the scary partā€¦

Sentry isnā€™t just a hero.
He comes with The Void ā€” one of the most dangerous forces in Marvel.

So if Sentry is powerful enough to stop an incursionā€¦

New information about the upcoming Lanterns series might reveal why the show isnā€™t just called Green Lantern.

According to DC comic artist Ethan Van Sciver, the reason the show is called Lanterns is because it will introduce multiple Lantern Corps from the emotional spectrum ā€” including at least the Yellow Lanterns.

He also claims Sinestro will appear in every episode of the show.

If thatā€™s true, it could mean the series is playing the long game. The teaser trailer focused more on the mystery and detective elements with Hal Jordan and John Stewart, but they may be intentionally hiding the bigger cosmic elements.

A slow-burn story where Sinestro is pulling strings in the background could be a really interesting way to introduce the emotional spectrum into the DCU.

But it also raises a questionā€¦

Are they saving the big Green Lantern visuals for laterā€¦ or are they trying to avoid spending the budget early? šŸ¤”

A new image just surfaced showing what appears to be Hal Jordanā€™s Green Lantern suit hanging in a locker. The design looks very grounded and tactical, almost like armor instead of the traditional comic suit.

That actually fits with the tone weā€™ve been hearing about for the show. Lanterns is rumored to be more of a cosmic detective story, focusing on Hal Jordan and John Stewart investigating a mystery tied to Earth.

And the big newsā€¦
