I’ve decided, it’s time to make a necessary change for myself. I need to get stronger if this is truly the world we’re going to be living in for some time. I can’t protect myself, my loved ones, and my neighbors if I’m not strong enough. I can’t allow them to have physical power over me, especially in such a time like now. Instead of facing fear, I’m ready to inspire it. I won’t let myself grow complacent when I’m most needed. Getting strong is tough, it’s never a goal I’ve chased before, even at my fittest. I don’t desire a certain body or a rack of abs, I just want to be able to defend those in need. It’s sad to think that, as we’ve progressed in society, we’d have to put our bodies in harms way to protect our community…against our GOVERNMENT. That’s unfortunately the reality, however, and I’m ready to face it.
