Customers are always asking if we have a rollback to tow their vehicles. We tell them that we don’t, but we have a wrecker and dollies and that we can get the job done. Some people don’t mind and others are stuck on wanting a rollback. We try to educate them on how dollies work.

There are many ways to offload a vehicle that has a flat tire from a set of dollies. I personally use skates or a piece of wood under each tire. When I lower the dollies to the ground, the vehicle stays, lifted up, which allows me to have extra clearance to remove the axles easily. This is just one way of doing it.
