Hi Friends!
Finally the Steamboat Springs Running Series is part of Colorado Gives Day!
On December 9th (or before) we hope that you will think about giving to the SSRS, a 501C3 non profit.
Our races are set up so that proceeds go back to other non profits, groups and youth organizations in the community, a rarity today. We will not lie, it is not easy operating in this fashion today but it is our deep belief that we can continue to do so, even as a mostly volunteer led organization.
Events like this that have been in our valley for 45+ years are so important to the local community. Our events provide such an amazing place for locals and visitors to gather in, a health supportive environment, from beginners and walkers to elite runners.
We have been giving locally for years and now we ask for your support. Please consider us this year, your donation no matter how small or large, will be put to amazing use keeping these traditions alive!
