What a great morning at the last race of the season for the !

The Halloween fun 5k for the had a record turnout with over 125 runners on a great morning !

Join us on October 25th for the super fun Halloween 5K for the Foundry!

You can walk, run or race. You do not need to be a runner to participate and as always kids 16 and under are only $15 when you sign up ahead of time.

This is a great way to get the family out and moving before the nonstop Halloween festivities , and it's for a good cause!

Dress up, bring the family and your leashed furry friends. Just make sure you're all dressed up.

Here are your 2025 Steamboat Springs Running Series Champs! 🏆

Throughout the season, we have points accumulating with specific rules laid out on our website. You need to do 5 races throughout the season to win overall or your age group and they need to be 3 'long' > 10k and 2 short, 10k or below. Remember, in our series we have everything from 5K and 10k road races, 4, 8 and 9mile trail races, road and trail marathons and halfs, 8 mile hill climbs up a dormant volcano to 50k, 50M and 100 mile ultramarathons.

The 2 winners this year for the overall are extremely well deserving. Although she is young, Lylah Keller is a real up-and-comer and a name that the running world is going to be hearing about for a long time!

On our men's side, we could not be happier that the overall winner is an absolute legend in Steamboat and also the ultra running world, Don Platt! Take a peek at Don Platt's ultrasignup someday. At 71 years old he is still sometimes hard to beat and we are so happy that this legend is a Steamboat resident.
