Hey all, Bud Werner Memorial Library lined up a chance to see the latest film from the makers of Chasing Ice and Chasing Coral. I’ve had the pleasure of working with these filmmakers on the release of Chasing Ice and this is a nice 39-minute wrap-up on the saga. This is a cool opportunity for Steamboat when the film is only currently available at festivals like Mountainfilm.
It’s free—you just have to register (https://steamboatlibrary.org/events/chasing-time ) then watch it no later than *this Wednesday night.* There are some technical requirements that can make it tricky to stream to your TV. I had to bust out my 2011 laptop and a mess of cables then hard wire into the TV instead of wirelessly. Tech support: https://watch.eventive.org/help ... But it was worth it because the visuals were gorgeous and the story (like Ice and Coral) was really strong.
