Our partnering organization International Artificial Intelligence and Communication Institute is sponsoring a one-week "AI Fast Course" that will be taught via Facebook and Zoom. The course will be held from November 11th - 14th and it is limited to the first 25 registrants.

The Story of TSMRI

In 2011, Dr. Jennifer Edwards, Ms. Yvonne Mulhern, Dr. Credence Baker and later Dr. Sarah Maben founded the Texas Social Media Research Institute to study social media, provide social media coaching for individuals and organizations, and create opportunities for students to learn about social media through applied learning experiences. TSMRI takes college students on study abroad experiences and research conferences as presenters. Student social media coaches help organizations and departments reach social media goals. The #TxSocialMedia Conference provides opportunities for leaders in school districts, colleges, and businesses to improve their social media skills.
