After taking 10w of unpaid maternity leave, with 3 weeks left of the school year, I told my job I would come back part time. They said I had to come back full time. I said I was unable to that do, they were unable to accommodate my request and we parted ways. After losing my daughter, I will not negotiate on my motherhood. I want to spend every day I can with my son, and if that means leaving my job, then so be it.
