Why We Do What We Do
At Pipeline, we want to be good stewards of the opportunity we’ve been given; this means employing great people in our community, empowering businesses, and giving back. Every quarter, we have a company-wide volunteer day where we offer our services at family refuge centers, local food pantries, or local school. Pipeline also sponsors children from the Dominican Republic through Compassion International — one sponsor child per employee. Compassion International is a child-advocacy ministry that pairs compassionate people with those who are suffering from poverty. The ministry releases children from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty.
The goal is for each child to become a responsible and fulfilled adult. Keith Mather, our Chief Revenue Officer, says “As our company grows, so does the number of children we sponsor and the bigger the impact we can make in the world.” Matthew 25:21 states ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much.'”
“Giving back to our sponsored children each month will help provide care for the children as well as keep our hearts humble and focused on the things that really matter in life,” says Leslie Wilkins, Chief Operating Officer of Pipeline.
