You are an Israelite? Study the entire chapter. Always study the entire chapter. People can trick your understanding when a verse is removed from its context. That is how Rome tricked us in the first place. They created their systems to control how we read our own Hebrew Bible and their created Christian one. That system took the place of our Adonai. They were not given that right. Only Judah and the other Israelites were given the proper understanding says Psalm 147:19-20.
