How to Make GOLDEN ELXIR™️:
1. Bring 1 1/4 cups of milk or hot water to a boil. (For a creamier texture, add coconut or soy milk—my personal favorite is water with a splash of coconut milk.)
2. Add buckwheat groats.
3. Boil for 2 minutes, then simmer for 3 minutes or less, depending on your preferred texture (shorter for a “baked” taste).
4. Stir in Penzey’s cinnamon and nutmeg, a drop of vanilla, flax seed oil, flax seeds, turmeric, cardamom, and coriander.
