some food for thought…
Your some food for thought…
Your body will go through different seasons. Some may make you uncomfortable. Some seasons may come unexpected and unwanted. These will only make you stronger as you learn to adapt.
The recent weight loss I’ve experienced is mostly due to me getting off anxiety meds and my diet not being consistent with low appetite. It has felt like such a set back in the gym to watch myself get weaker, but that’s what comes with less fuel!! Total I’ve lost around 10lbs without intentionally doing a cut. Now I’m working to gain strength back.
If you are in a similar situation know that every season you are in is temporary. Continue to prioritize your mental, physical and spiritual health. 💓body will go through different seasons.
