Veggie Chocolate Muffins
These chocolate muffins are a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies without them even knowing it!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup spinach (blended)
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients and fold in the grated veggies.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
