July Moon Productions Official July Moon Productions

July Moon Productions is a Production Company which opened by Mandy Teefey and Vice President is Brian Teefey. July Moon's name inspiration comes from Selena Gomez's name. Selena means "Moon" in greek and she borned in July so Mandy Teefey opened this company for her daughter, Selena. Mandy Teefy has formed July Moon Prods and has partnered with XYZ Films to finance the development of at least two films for the Disney tween star to topline and produce. Deal is comparable to a first-look studio deal that allows Teefy to option articles, hire screenwriters and tie additional talent to packages that can then be shopped to studios. In August, XYZ inked a similar deal with Time Inc. and management-production company the Collective to finance the development of the print media giant's content for the bigscreen. As part of the July Moon-XYZ deal, Teefy will have the ability to cherry-pick projects from the vast Time Inc. library, which includes Time, Sports Illustrated, Fortune and Life.
