The Lord sees all things clearly. He says, "I make the end from the beginning." If you are struggling emotionally, physically, or mentally, remember God brought you through the past and holds your future in His hands. Take a deep breath; pause, and pray. God's got you.

My two biggest fans in the world.

Anxiety is the number one mental health cause and leads to the number one reason why people seek professional help. Anxiety forgets the past and fears the future. It fails to remember how you made it through past difficulties. One of the things I've done for years is kept a journal of my thoughts, successes, plans, and hopes. When I get anxious or discouraged, I pull out one of my previous journals and read how God came through for me and it reminds me how he can do it again. Focus on Psalm 94: 19 this week- "When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy."
Remember how God will never leave you nor forsake you. Look to Him.

My husband and I love the month of May to celebrate Military Appreciation Month, Mother’s Day, Mental Health Awareness Month and Asian-American/Pacific Islander Month. So much to celebrate and be thankful for in May. Here we are at the Hampton-NN CSB Mental Health Expo.

As we step into a new year, instead of making new year's resolutions, make new year goals in seasons. For example, I want to go to the gym twice a week from January to March; then increase to three times a week from March to May. Also, make them specific and measurable. Read my book "Masterpiece" to find out about healthy goal setting. You can purchase it from Amazon today. It's an easy read and a motivator to help you reach your new year's goals.

I'm excited to announce that my new book, "Masterpiece", is live and available on Amazon.com. It's a Christian living book about healthy goal setting, emotional regulation, the power of imagination and the tongue, etc., and quotes authors and pastors such as Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyer, and Steven Furtick, among others. It would bring me great joy if you purchased a copy this weekend for yourself or as a Christmas present for someone you love. There will be a book signing in February.
