THE LAST NERVE CLUB PRESENTS: Apparently My Back Was Carrying a Whole Marriage. 🤷🏾♀️
For five years, I had back pain. FIVE. YEARS. Stretching, heating pads, massages, expensive pillows, yoga poses that made me question my life choices… and my back still said, “Nah.”
And then something strange happened.
I let go.
I let go of fighting for something that was already gone. I let go of carrying the weight of keeping everyone else okay. I let go of a marriage that my body apparently had been protesting long before my mind caught up.
And now? My back pain is gone.
Listen… the body always knows. Sometimes before your heart. Sometimes before your brain. Sometimes before you’re ready to hear it.
Maybe my spine got tired of holding together what wasn’t supposed to stay together.
So here’s your reminder from your friends at The Last Nerve Club:
If your shoulders hurt, your stomach stays in knots, your chest feels heavy, your back is screaming… maybe your body isn’t betraying you. Maybe it’s trying to save you.
Turns out freedom has excellent posture. ✨
