Today feels different.
Not because life suddenly got easier… but because I stopped carrying the weight of someone else deciding my worth.
There’s a strange kind of freedom that comes after hearing “It’s over.”
The kind where the fog clears.
The kind where you realize you’ve been surviving on emotional breadcrumbs while still showing up like a full-course meal.
And baby… I am DONE auditioning for love, peace, or basic respect.
This chapter?
It smells like sea salt, strong coffee, locked phones with no anxiety, naps without guilt, laughter with girlfriends, and rediscovering the woman I was before I became everyone else’s emotional support human.
