Today we are learning how to make Enchilada sauce. What you usually buy in a can is easily made with ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.

I made this yesterday and have already made two meals using it: Chicken Enchiladas and Tamale Pie.

I love when one simple recipe carries us through more than one meal!

I don’t usually fall for advertising, but Ffern has been quietly working on me for two years.

This season I finally put my name in for their ledger because… patchouli, oakmoss, and black tang seaweed? Say less.

They only release four fragrances a year, one at the turn of each season, and I somehow managed to snag this one. It’s delicate and clean with just enough earthiness to keep it grounded. Soft, natural, and very much my kind of scent.

I think it’s going to be fun to switch things up with the seasons instead of wearing the same scent year-round.

I actually made this video to send to my bestie and ended up tickled at myself… so here we are 😂
