Checked out the new Molly Tea in Palo Alto and omg… obsessed!
Their Jasmine Milk Tea is popular for a reason! Also, I love their White Champaca Oolong milk tea🥹

To celebrate the opening, they’re doing BOGO Nov 21–23 + giving a free magnet if you post on social (only 150/day!)

Such a fun spot — go treat yourself😍

Salmon Sushi Bake🧡
The best way to enjoy a cozy salmon roll — baked, creamy, and perfect with seaweed wraps!

Ingredients

Salmon:
• 0.8 lb salmon fillet
• Salt, to taste
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oil

Rice:
• 2 cups uncooked rice (cook before using)
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• ½ tbsp sugar
• Furikake, to season

Salmon Mix:
• Cooked salmon (skin removed)
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 4 tbsp mayo
• 2½ tbsp sriracha
• 3 chopped green onions

Toppings:
• Unagi sauce
• Sriracha
• Chopped green onions
• Sesame seeds

Instructions
1. Prep salmon: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Season salmon with salt, garlic powder, and oil.
2. Air fry: Cook for 10 minutes total — start skin-side down and flip halfway.
3. Make rice: Once rice is cooked, mix in rice vinegar and sugar until well combined.
4. Mix salmon: Flake salmon (remove skin), then combine with mayo, cream cheese, sriracha, and green onions.
5. Assemble: In a baking dish (Pyrex works great), layer rice on the bottom, sprinkle furikake, then spread salmon mixture evenly on top.
6. Bake: 390°F for 8-10 minutes.
7. Finish: Drizzle with unagi sauce and sriracha, sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds.
8. Enjoy: Scoop and wrap with seaweed for the perfect bite!
