Something to remember!!! Your fitness journey is supposed to be fun and enjoyable. Do what works for you. Some days or even weeks will be less enjoyable and more difficult and that is okay.

Yes! Surprise! I still exist! Fell off the face of the Earth for a hot minute, but I'm back. No promises on consistency and a regular schedule of posting. Again this is a page of my own personal pole and fitness journey. Breaks may be needed and I still need to learn how to run my page better.
