The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an entry-level, full-time position perfect for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry while serving their community.

In this role, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice our clients count on. You'll handle client inquiries, service existing policies, support sales efforts, assist with claims, and provide exceptional customer service that reflects our client-first values.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Genuinely passionate about helping people and protecting their assets
- Understanding of the vital role insurance plays in everyday life
- Committed to making client protection our number one priority

Experience & Licensing

- Entry-level position, prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Insurance license is preferred but not required – we'll provide comprehensive training
- Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (we cover all education and licensing costs!)

Schedule

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Service existing insurance policies across life and property & casualty lines
- Provide sales support to help clients find the right coverage
- Assist clients with claims processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service that builds lasting relationships
- Maintain organized records and efficient office operations
