A guy came to Ikeja Computer Village to buy a phone. Immediately, the roadside hustlers popularly known as “U wan buy? U wan sell?”surrounded him.
They convinced him to buy a phone quickly. He paid them, and just as they handed it over, another member of their gang shouted:
“This phone na stolen phone o!”
Before he could react, the whole group scattered into the crowd. Out of confusion and fear of police wahala, the guy didn’t chase. One of them only shoved a paper into his hand claiming it was a refund note but of course, it was useless.

His money was gone. No phone. Just a scam.
Don’t ever buy a phone from the roadside in Computer Village. Always go inside a proper shop where you can get receipt and warranty.

Igbo Men and Their Sense!

Mr. Tochi put his house up for sale at ₦150 million.
But every potential buyer tried negotiating, and he refused to sell for anything less.

When he noticed that nobody was willing to pay his asking price, he came up with a brilliant idea.
Instead of lowering the price, he decided to sell the house through a lottery.

He fixed each lottery ticket at ₦1 million.
Surprisingly, he was able to sell 1,000 tickets, raising a total of ₦1 billion.

Once the target was met, he organized a transparent public draw in the presence of all ticket holders. At the end of the draw, one lucky winner walked away with the house documents, having spent just ₦1 million to own a ₦150 million house.

In the end:

Mr. Tochi earned ₦1 billion from a house he originally wanted to sell for ₦150 million.

The winner got the house for just ₦1 million.

Some people are really smart, while others are really lucky.

Ngozi was running late for work that Monday morning. The danfo buses at Ojuelegba were packed as usual, and she hated fighting through the crowd. When a green-and-yellow bus stopped right in front of her, with only three passengers inside, it felt like luck.

“Madam, come enter, last seat remain!” the conductor shouted.

She hesitated—something about the bus seemed off. But she pushed the thought aside. She couldn’t afford to be late again. She squeezed inside and handed her ₦500 note.

The bus started moving. Within minutes, the passengers’ chatter died down. Ngozi suddenly noticed—everyone was too quiet. One man by the window kept glancing at her. Another at the front adjusted something under his jacket.

Her stomach tightened. One chance.

Before she could think, the bus slowed at traffic. Ngozi’s heart pounded. She remembered her mother’s warning: “If your spirit is not at peace, follow it.” Summoning courage, she tapped the conductor.

“Stop me here.”

He frowned. “We never reach.”

But Ngozi didn’t wait. As soon as the bus rolled past a pothole, she yanked the door handle, pushed it open, and jumped. She scraped her knee on the rough tar but scrambled to her feet, ignoring the shouts behind her.

The bus sped off. Her hands shook, but she clutched her bag tightly to her chest.

Late or not, she was alive.
