One of the number 1 aspects a customer looks at before purchasing from a business are reviews! So it’s important to have good ones, and lots of them!

You cannot be too afraid to ask for a review from a customer you know had a great experience with your service! Word of mouth is the most valued marketing method, so getting people to share and talk about their experience can bring in more customers than you may realize.

Keep in mind that most customers do not go out of their way to leave reviews. Make this as easy as possible for them. Share a direct link where they can leave a review with one or two taps. And share what they said, or even offer an incentive! (Gift card, free delivery, etc.) it’s a win win scenario for you and the customer.
