Hello, new friends.

I’ve seen a lot of new faces around here lately, so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I’m Kristina, the owner and EIC of Truborn Press. Truborn exists to support strange, risky, emotionally raw horror and literary fiction, and to make room for emerging and underrepresented voices in indie publishing.

Truborn Press is very much a one-human operation fueled by a love of weird books, careful collaboration, transparency, and community over churn. No AI-generated content. Just real people making unsettling stories that linger.

If you’re a horror reader, indie lit lover, writer, or just someone who enjoys the strange and unexpected, you’re in the right place. 🖤
