The last batch of Born & Raised Music Festival pics has dropped. I want to thank everyone at Pryor Creek Music Festivals, especially everyone in Team Savage, for your hospitality this year and for making us feel so much like part of the team and like rock stars. It was a totally different speed from Rocklahoma, and that's a great thing. There is so much here for everyone, and it has a much more relaxed atmosphere. The artists loved interacting with us and being part of our annual Scavenger Hunt (Special thanks to Camp FAFO and Redneck Bi***es), so much that they requested me to bring it to the lounge for signatures and a special surprise. The people, the campgrounds, the music, and everything that we metal heads love about ROK is here for our Red Dirt cousins. I'm so happy Rebel of Photography by Angel Lee was able to attend for her first year at the fest. I've covered every one since its inception, and I have never been able to provide images like these! Remember, folks, tag yourself, tag your friends, but always tag your photographer if you share!

From the campgrounds to the main stage! We caught up with the incredible Tanner Usrey at Born & Raised 2025 for an exclusive interview.

We talked about everything:

His 3rd time at B&R and the infamous campgrounds party tradition.

What it's like to be on the road with Cody Jinks and the shift from idol to colleague with legends like Wade Bowen and Randy Rogers.

Tanner is the real deal and this is a must-watch if you want to know what the grind of country music looks like. Hit the link below to watch the full interview!

Regretfully, Surviving Rocklahoma won't be able to attend Rock The Equinox in Stigler, OK. This is a tough decision for both my photographer, Rebel (of Photography by Angel Lee), and me. We care and love our music community deeply and have both been looking forward to Nox all year. This year, Homecoming falls on the same weekend as the festival, and we both have teenagers who have important nights. Family comes first. As much as I hate to miss Nox for the first time in over 6 years, there are some moments that you just can't miss.

We didn't get a whole lot of interviews, but lord did we meet and network with a lot of artists, not to mention giving a way a priceless guitar signed by Parker McCollum, Tanner Usrey, Uncle Lucius, Silverada, Ashland Craft, Josh Weathers Music, Shelby Stone, 'Oats, Randy Rogers, and Ty Smith

Hey, Rok Family! I wanted to let you know that there will not be a live show tonight. After covering two back-to-back festivals in wild weather (muggy and rainy at Rocklahoma, then hot and dusty at Born & Raised), my voice is officially blown out. This is a small price to pay for the incredible stories and interviews we have coming your way! Stay tuned for more content, and I'll see you on the next live stream. A big cheers to you all!
