Gabriel is a Cuban American with a passion for sports, music, international politics, and conversation. A people person, at Key Lime he is a part of the fundraising program and uses his love for connecting with others to do precisely that with and for our clients. Originally from Miami, FL, Gabriel has previously worked face-to-face with clients at the International Rescue Committee, and prides himself on getting a smile out of those he meets.

Meet our Fundraising Associate, Izzy Connerly!

Izzy swapped the mountains of New Mexico for Florida’s beaches, earning a dual degree in Political Science and Communications along the way. A longtime graphic design hobbyist, she turned her passion into a career, working with local political organizations in St. Petersburg. Now at Key Lime Strategies, Izzy spends her days creating impactful designs, editing videos, and writing fundraising copy that gets results. When she’s not busy with creative projects, she enjoys dabbling in calisthenics strength training, surfing around on Reddit, and, yes, the occasional romantic walk on the beach—because Florida life practically demands it.

Izaiah has spent the last five years both designing & working in politics. An artist at heart, he found a way to combine his love for writing and design with his natural drive for change. At Key Lime, Izaiah specializes in online and print graphics, website building, personal/campaign branding, and social media. In his spare time, he can be found frequenting local coffee shops hunting for the best dirty chai latte, making art, or playing with his cat, Poppy.

So often, these organizations do incredible work, but struggle to scale because no one knows about that great work they do. He's a huge nerd, and a regular in local gaming stores. Jackson can often be found reporting on Florida Politics on Tiktok .
