Ebone Cruz is often described as the ‘energizer’ powerhouse, that’s a high energy, former radio personality in the Tampa, Fl area. Her platform of radio accompanied by a toxic separation from a spouse gave Ebone the obsession of helping women put their dreams & visions into ACTION. She started her business online by focusing attention on leading with more influence and impact. She’s driven to help women in business so much she’s created the Women 365 Group, so that those who join can surround themselves with like-minded business owners that not only encourage you but share with you what’s working for them!
Ebone believes, “We all have a story and a purpose, but life has a funny way of bringing it out of us”. For some it’s a lost, or a breakdown; for me it was both and I promise myself I will live up to my fullest potential while helping others on this life journey of mine.
With an MBA, background in teaching, community growth & engagement; Ebone’s has had the opportunity to work with small & large teams throughout several industries. She also provides one-on-one leadership coaching and mentoring on a variety of business topics and her clients will tell you they love working with her 90-day accountability plans.

She’s recently had the opportunity to not only train but share the stage with Award Winning Celebrity Tv Host, Creator of Spin Gym, and Top Influential Female Motivational Speaker; Forbes Riley. Recipient of the 2018 Black Girls Rock, Rock Star award, Ebone is focused more than ever to make what happens between the dash on her tombstone, to be everlasting to all she encounters. When she isn’t speaking or coaching clients, she enjoys traveling, motherhood, and spending time with the ones she love!
