Last week was spent in Atlanta, learning and celebrating. We attended the annual Traffic, Sales and Profit conference for Black Entrepreneurs. But it was also the 10th anniversary for the conference/business so it was extra special.

Outside of the teaching from 6,7,8 figure business owners here, we also had amazing sessions with successful brothers/sisters from the UK! Surprise musical guest every day, a poolside party, and on and on. Someone won $10k in a business pitch. And about 30k was donated to Black and Missing Kids foundation. And ended with a beautiful Gala.

If you are a business owner, this IS the room you want to be next June. I say it every year. You can't leave this conference and not execute on something you learned and make money. You won't leave without wanting to join the TSP Mastermind. Congratulations to Lamar & Ronnie Tyler for creating a one of a kind community and ALWAYS wanting this community to win and go bigger and further to leave a legacy and change lives.

Recently, I had the opportunity to get lab work done through a company called Function Health, and it was a game-changer. They ran over 100 labs on me (that’s 5x more than what my primary doctor typically does).

What I loved most is that they give you your own dashboard, where results come in real time. You can see exactly where you fall in each range, with clear explanations of what it means and how to improve if you’re out of range.

Based on my results, I received personalized food recommendations, including what to eat more of and what to avoid. And once all my results were in, a doctor provided a detailed write-up for every section of my test, along with suggested next steps.

I even got my biological age tested... and it came back as 32 years old! (That’s 15 years younger than my actual age, shoutout to my cells!) 🙌🏽

After you get your results, the next step is to take them to your doctor and start making a plan tailored to your health needs.
