“From Party Vibes to Published Pages”

(1st pic 11/2024) Nov. ‘24 I had a vision board/goal planning party at my house. I bought these ladies cute empty journals from the dollar tree and then proceeded to share tactics on how to execute on your goals faster with intention. Well, after sharing this info, they told me “B! You should definitely teach this!” Then after sharing online what they learned, people were asking where can they get this book? But It was an empty book 😂😂😂!!

Two cool places we went in Atlanta this week were The Museum of Illusion & Horizon of Khufu
Of course the museum played tricks on your eyes and the kids loved it. The Horizon of Khufu was a virtual reality experience to Egypt! You were literally transported to Egypt for 45 minutes and toured the pyramids (inside and out). I dont have any real images of this experience because we had on a headset, but If you live in Atlanta, definitely go!

Small steps, big results! Self care for me at the minimum is walking everyday! Too many benefits to name, but worth every step. Walking is also the easiest exercise to do but also one of the most beneficial for your entire body.

Many friends have asked, who did we use for our trip to Africa? Did I plan it? Etc. I've finally been still long enough to write about our experience (Yay!!) and share all the details of who we used, what we did over the 10-day experience, and what you need to know while you're there. I hope this helps someone. You can still DM for any questions not answered in the article.

Africa has always been a dream of mine - I’m proud to say I not only visited Ghana, but I also took my children with me.

2024 Year End Review – What a year! Many times we do something and then we are on to the next thing and then we forget all of the good things we actually accomplished. Whenever I take the time to write these year-end reviews, I'm always reminded of how good God has been throughout the year. This year, I was quieter than usual, I did less than usual because I was figuring things out, but I still was able to do more than I thought when I look back! Here's to 2025!

I'm always surprised at how much is accomplished in one year until I look back and do my 2024 year end review.

Earlier this week I was asked to speak and assist with a PwC recruiting event for the College of Business students at my Alma Mater, ASU!! These students were amazing and their stories were inspiring. I even got to see my work study boss, Mr. Darrington who still works there!

Two things: 1) Earl & I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary this weekend in Dallas (9/20/2003) ❤️ 2) I was nominated for an award by Motivated Mom, Latoyia Dean-Dennis for being a mother & philanthropist. I didn’t win, but attended the award ceremony. It’s an honor to be nominated. Earl and I got to see a lot of Dallas thanks to your suggestions and ate good! After 21 years of marriage, I have tips and tricks but I will just share one today - make sure you and your spouse are always great friends!! That makes doing life together fun.
