π₯’ Quick, Easy, and Nutritious β Chicken Stir-Fry!
This one-pan meal is perfect for busy weeknights. Loaded with lean protein and colorful veggies, itβs as good for your body as it is for your taste buds. π₯¦ππ₯
π Why itβs healthy:

Lean chicken breast = high-quality protein

Broccoli, carrots & peppers = fiber + vitamins A & C

Homemade sauce = less sugar and sodium than takeout

π½οΈ RECIPE β Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 2 cups broccoli florets
β’ 1 large carrot, sliced
β’ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
β’ 2 garlic cloves, minced
β’ 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
β’ 1 tbsp honey
β’ 1 tsp cornstarch
β’ ΒΌ cup water
β’ Green onion for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
2οΈβ£ Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.
3οΈβ£ In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper for 4β5 minutes.
4οΈβ£ Add garlic and cooked chicken back to the pan. Pour in the sauce and cook for 2β3 more minutes until thickened.
5οΈβ£ Garnish with green onions and serve warm (optionally over brown rice or quinoa).
