🥢 Quick, Easy, and Nutritious – Chicken Stir-Fry!
This one-pan meal is perfect for busy weeknights. Loaded with lean protein and colorful veggies, it’s as good for your body as it is for your taste buds. 🥦🍗🥕

💚 Why it’s healthy:
✅ Lean chicken breast = high-quality protein
✅ Broccoli, carrots & peppers = fiber + vitamins A & C
✅ Homemade sauce = less sugar and sodium than takeout
✅ Cooked in olive oil = healthy fats

🍽️ RECIPE – Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
• 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1 large carrot, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• ¼ cup water
• Green onion for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper for 4–5 minutes.
4️⃣ Add garlic and cooked chicken back to the pan. Pour in the sauce and cook for 2–3 more minutes until thickened.
5️⃣ Garnish with green onions and serve warm (optionally over brown rice or quinoa).

Healthy and packed with flavor!
These Stuffed Bell Peppers are a delicious way to fuel your body with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients. 💪

💚 Why they’re good for you:
✅ Bell peppers are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C
✅ Lean protein helps with muscle repair and satiety
✅ Whole grains like quinoa or brown rice support digestion
✅ Great low-carb option when made without rice

🍽️ RECIPE – Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
• 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
• 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
• 1 cup cooked lentils or lean ground turkey/beef
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
2️⃣ In a pan, sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add cooked quinoa/lentils, tomato, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3️⃣ Fill each pepper half with the mixture, top with cheese if desired.
4️⃣ Place in a baking dish with a splash of tomato sauce at the bottom.
5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 mins or until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
6️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
