To the Warfighters, Believers, Friends and Family; Thank you for being here and sharing in this new Podcast, "Battle Scars with AJ." If you know someone who loves God, but struggles with mental health, this is the place for them! Having spent nearly five years in combat zones, I’ve faced severe PTSD, including three traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) and an ongoing internal battle within my soul. You are called to walk in Victory, both in this life and the next. From our Podcast Studio, we will explore four key topics:

1. **Faith:** The foundation of my life since 2003; without faith, nothing holds meaning, including understanding the next three topics.
2. **Warfighters:** Combat changes how we think, decide and feel. Together, we will reignite your soul - mind, will and emotions.
3. **Leadership:** Great leaders prioritize their people. It’s time to "re-fire" the Warrior within you. People, including your own family, are waiting.
4. **Healing:** I believe in miracles. My own journey was transformative and took time — However, without a battle, there in no story, no testimony nor Victory! Your time is now! My vision for "Battle Scars" is to accelerate your healing journey and redefine how you see yourself through the eyes of Faith, empowering you to be the best version of you, that God has called you to be! We have an incredible lineup of guests ready to share their insights—let’s embark on this journey, Wounded Warriors healing Wounded Warriors - We got this! "I Will Never Leave a Fallen Comrade." If you’re a Veteran and Leader, you should follow “The Sanctuary on the Hill,” and keep them in your rucksack, either for yourself, or for others that may know, or cross your path in the future.

I've searched for over 20 years for an organization whose foundation is built upon the principles of addressing all five realms of life: physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual.

Brian is correct in the video below. This Sanctuary will be a “game-changer” for Warriors and Warfighters, both men and women, across our Nation.

As a U.S. Warfighter, this crappy nation, Afghanistan, remains a thorn in my side.

Nineteen years and 10 months we fought, we bled, we buried our own. And for what…

This is just one “fight of faith”
that Combat Veterans have to find a way to process. Sometimes we don't understand the bigger picture hidden beyond this natural world. However, never allow that to keep you from moving forward.

Maintain the momentum. Stay disciplined and focused. If your Faith is weak, then juice up! It comes in abundance by the Word of God!
