Labor Day is a good reminder to appreciate the people who work hard, provide for their families, and keep this country moving forward.

For me, there’s no better way to recharge than getting outside, enjoying some time on the water, and making memories with the people who matter most. 🎣

I hope everyone has a safe and relaxing Labor Day Weekend. Enjoy the extra time, make some memories, and if you can, go wet a line!

What’s the one thing you always bring fishing for good luck?

We all have that one thing we just have to have in the boat—whether it’s a lucky lure, hat, pair of sunglasses, or maybe something with a little more sentimental value.

For me, there’s always that one piece of gear that just feels like it belongs on the water.

Just got back from the BAM Pro-Am on the Columbia River and I’m still thinking about those smallmouth!

What a fishery. The river delivered some beautiful fish and some tough, technical days that keep you honest. Grateful for every cast, every bag, and the chance to compete on water this special.

Huge thanks to Bass Angler Magazine and the entire BAM crew for putting on another top-notch event, and to everyone who was out there grinding it out with me.

Final Results — Columbia River BAM Pro-Am 🎣

That’s a wrap on the Columbia River Bass Angler Magazine BAM Pro-Am. I didn’t quite make the Top 10 cut to fish the Championship, but I was able to make a big move up the leaderboard and finish 18th overall with 27.24 lbs.

I’m proud of the adjustments I made throughout the tournament and the way I finished strong. Every tournament is another opportunity to learn, improve, and keep moving forward.

A huge thank you to my family, friends, and everyone who followed along and supported me throughout the event. It means more than you know!

Back to work and looking forward to the next one. 🎣💪

Day 1 is in the books on the Columbia River!

I finished the day in 21st place with 15.09 lbs. I’m happy with the start, but there’s still plenty of fishing left. I’ll make some adjustments and be ready to go again tomorrow!
