Question for the group...

What is the one fishing technique you know would help your performance, but you need more practice with to be efficient?

For me, it’s definitely Forward Facing Sonar. I know how powerful it is for finding and catching fish, but I still need to get way more efficient with it — interpreting the screen faster and making better decisions on the fly.

Caught this nice walleye during the tournament action.

Since I've still got walleye on the brain, I want to know your favorite way to prepare it.

Are you team classic beer-batter, pan-seared with lemon butter, or do you have a secret recipe I need to try?

Battled hard all day on Moses Lake and put together a solid 32.58 lb limit to finish 25th in a tough field.

Unfortunately, I came up just short of the Top 10 cut and won’t be fishing tomorrow, but I gave it everything I had.

Huge thanks to everyone for the continued support. Grateful to be out here competing at this level.

Day 1 Complete at the Bass Angler Magazine BAM Northwest Pro-Am Stop #1 on Moses Lake!

Weighed in 17.78 lbs. leaving me in 19th place.

Solid start to the tournament! The fish showed up today and I was able to put together a good bag. Still two more days of competition left, so I'm staying focused and ready to make some moves.

Appreciate all the support and messages — means a lot during these events!
