The Message We Keep Ignoring: Consider Your Ways

That simple phrase from Haggai 1:5–7 is one of the most powerful wake‑up calls God ever gave His people — and it still speaks straight to us today.

In this message, Pastor Joey reminds us that it’s easy to get busy doing the wrong things, easy to think the sermon is for someone else, and easy to forget the importance of God’s house and God’s work. But the Lord calls each of us to pause, reflect, and look honestly at our walk with Him.

Whether you’ve been overwhelmed, distracted, or just going through the motions, this message will challenge you to slow down and let God realign your priorities.

In This Sermon:
Why God told His people twice: “Consider your ways.”

How busyness can pull us away from what matters most

Why the message is for you, not “someone who should’ve been here”

What happens when we put our own house above God’s house

Practical encouragement to step in, serve, and grow

If this message speaks to you, share it with someone who needs encouragement today.

Freedom Isn’t Free — The Price Heaven Paid

Freedom isn’t free — not for our nation, and certainly not for our souls.
In this Memorial Day message, Pastor Sammy Clark reminds us of the sacrifice that bought our earthly freedom and the far greater sacrifice that purchased our eternal one. From Exodus 3 to Calvary’s hill, we’re invited to remember the God who said “I AM that I AM” and the Savior who paid the price we could never pay.

If this message encourages you, share it with someone who needs hope today.
We’d love to pray for you, your family, or your walk with Christ — just reach out anytime.

Thank you to every soldier, veteran, and family who has carried the weight of freedom. We honor you.

Homecoming 2026
Don’t Just Be Friendly — Be the Friend Who Brings People to Jesus

Join us for Homecoming 2026 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church as we celebrate 155 years of God’s faithfulness. This special service includes a heartfelt moment of remembrance for church members who went home to be with the Lord over the past year, followed by a powerful message from Brother Tim, our friend and leader in the Carroll Baptist Association.

Brother Tim brings an encouraging and challenging sermon from Mark 2:1–12, reminding us that the world doesn’t just need friendly churches — it needs true friends who will carry people to Jesus. He shares how the four men in Mark 2 didn’t minimize the paralyzed man’s condition, didn’t leave him behind, and didn’t stop when obstacles got in the way. Instead, they did whatever it took to bring him to the Savior.

Throughout the message, he calls the church to:
• Make “noise” in the community about what God is doing
• Show the love of Jesus through our lives
• Care for the lost with compassion and urgency
• Be the kind of friends who help others find hope, healing, and salvation in Christ

This Homecoming service is full of gratitude, worship, encouragement, and a clear call to be a church that truly loves people the way Jesus does.

Why did God stop the first one‑world government at the Tower of Babel?

Genesis 11 isn’t just an ancient story — it’s a warning, a pattern, and a revelation of God’s heart for humanity. When mankind united in pride, rebellion, and self‑exaltation, God stepped in… not to destroy them, but to protect His plan and preserve His promise.

In this teaching, we walk through:

Who Ni**od was and why his leadership mattered

What the people of Babel were really building (it wasn’t just a tall tower)

How rebellion always leads to confusion

Why God scattered the nations — and how it was an act of mercy

How the spirit of Babel still shows up today

What this story teaches us about pride, unity, and God’s purpose for our lives

If you’ve ever wondered how Genesis 11 connects to the world we’re living in right now, this message will open your eyes and strengthen your faith.

The wickedness before the Flood

In this message from Genesis 6, Dr. Sammy Clark walks us through the days of Noah — a time marked by deep wickedness, spiritual blindness, and a world that had forgotten God. Yet in the middle of judgment, one powerful truth shines through:

“But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”

This sermon explores:
• The wickedness that filled the earth before the Flood
• Why God judged the world — and why He still must judge sin
• The giants and fallen angels mentioned in Genesis 6
• The ark as a picture of salvation through Christ
• God shutting the door — and the danger of waiting too late
• The long‑suffering patience of God
• How Noah remained faithful as a “preacher of righteousness”
• The hope of second chances through God’s grace

If you’ve ever wondered what the days of Noah teach us about our world today, this message will challenge, encourage, and point you back to the God who saves.

🙏 Thank you for watching. Be sure to like, comment, and subscribe to support the ministry.

When Everything Changed: Understanding the Curse in Genesis 3

Genesis 3 is the moment everything changed.
In this message, we walk verse‑by‑verse through the Fall, the curse, and the first prophecy of Jesus Christ — the promise hidden right in the middle of judgment.

You’ll see how the serpent deceived, how Adam and Eve responded, and how God stepped in with both justice and mercy. We also explore how this chapter sets the stage for the two Adams, the battle of the two seeds, and the entire story of redemption that runs through Scripture.

Whether you’re studying the Bible for the first time or digging deeper into familiar passages, this teaching will help you understand:

What really happened in the Garden

Why the curse affects every part of life today

How Genesis 3:15 points directly to Jesus

The spiritual conflict between the two seeds

God’s plan to restore everything that was lost

The Fall wasn’t the end — it was the beginning of God’s rescue plan.

From the Father’s Eyes: What God Really Sees in Us

So many believers live their entire Christian life looking at themselves through the wrong lens — through guilt, fear, performance, or comparison. But Scripture shows us something far better: the Father’s perspective. In this message, we walk through what God truly sees when He looks at your prayer, your worship, your giving, your fellowship, and your daily walk with Him.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Does God really see me? Does He care about what I’m doing? Does any of this matter?” — this teaching will steady your heart and open your eyes.

In this message you’ll learn:
Why the Father’s perspective changes everything

How God views your prayer life

What Scripture reveals about fellowship and serving

Why giving is more about the heart than the amount

How the gospel reshapes the way God sees His children

Key Scripture Passages:
Luke 15 • Psalm 103 • John 17 • Romans 8 • Ephesians 1

🙏 If this message encourages you, consider sharing it with someone who needs a reminder of the Father’s heart.

Thank you for being part of this ministry.
Let’s keep growing together in the Word.

When Everything Shakes… What Holds You Up?

In today’s message from 1 Corinthians 3:11, Pastor Joey challenges us with a powerful question: What foundation are you really building your life on?

Many believers unknowingly build on things that cannot hold them up — finances, knowledge, family heritage, religious activity, or even good deeds. But Scripture is clear:
“For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

This sermon walks through:

The difference between being broke and spiritually broke

Why money, retirement, and planning can’t secure your soul

Why knowledge alone isn’t enough

Why your family’s faith can’t save you

Why religion and good deeds fall short

Why Jesus Christ alone must be your foundation

If this message encourages you, share it with someone who needs the reminder that only Christ can hold a life together.

🙏 If you’ve never trusted Jesus as your Savior, today is the day.

The Fall of Man: The Moment Everything Changed

In this message, Dr. Sammy Clark walks us through Genesis 3 and the moment that changed the course of human history — the Fall of Man.
We look at God’s original intent, the subtle deception of the serpent, and how Satan still works through counterfeits today.

You’ll also learn how the eight biblical covenants reveal God’s unfolding plan — from Eden, to the Flood, to the New Covenant, and finally to the new heaven and new earth.

If you’ve ever wondered why the world is the way it is, or how God’s plan ties the whole Bible together, this teaching will help bring clarity and confidence to your faith.

Why We Struggle With Friendship (And How Jesus Fixes It)

In today’s message, Pastor Joey walks through Proverbs 18:24 and shows us what real, Christlike friendship looks like. If you’ve ever wondered why friendships feel hard, distant, or complicated, this sermon breaks down the six traits that build strong, godly relationships:

Kindness

Generosity

Listening with compassion

Comforting others in their hurt

Letting go of judgment

Forgiving freely

Pastor Joey reminds us that we can try to fix ourselves… or we can let Jesus transform our hearts from the inside out. True friendship begins when Christ lives through us.
