A lot of my clients ask me what to do when they get a message on their business page saying their account will be disabled or the page has violated community guidelines.
Here’s the truth: Do nothing. Ignore it. It’s a scam.
Scammers want to trick you into clicking links or “verifying” your information to protect your account. Don’t click anything, don’t open attachments, and don’t respond.
If you’re ever unsure, go directly to your Facebook settings or Business Manager - not through a link in a message. Stay safe out there! 💻🔒
