1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Sauce:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish

👨🏾‍🍳Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Instructions
1. Cook the Steaks:

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter, divided
3 pounds (4 or 5 medium) russet potatoes, peeled
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Grease a baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter.
Very thinly slice potatoes (using a mandolin, if available).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, shredded cheddar, 4 tablespoons Parmesan, and garlic.
Add sliced potatoes and toss together until all potatoes are well coated. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Arrange potatoes in the baking dish, keeping them upright. Repeat until all potatoes are used.

1 pound penne pasta

200 g (7 oz) peeled shrimp

1 shallot, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

200 ml (¾ cup) heavy cream

100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) fish stock

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sweet paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

50 g (½ cup) grated cheese (Gruyère or Parmesan)

1 tbsp lemon juice (to enhance flavors)

Fresh parsley for garnish

✅Instructions

1️⃣ Sauté the Shallot and Garlic:

Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until translucent.
