Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cheesecake:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- 4 cups apples – peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

4 cod fillets (6 oz each), skinless and boneless
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup cold sparkling water or cold club soda
1 egg, lightly beaten
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Onion Rings:
2 large onions, sliced into rings
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the Onion Rings:
Soak the onion rings in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to help the batter adhere.

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Sauce:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish

👨🏾‍🍳Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:

Just whipped up a batch of this decadent Creamy Potato Bake! It's the perfect side dish for any meal. 😋🥔✨
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter, divided
3 pounds (4 or 5 medium) russet potatoes, peeled
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Grease a baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter.
Very thinly slice potatoes (using a mandolin, if available).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream, shredded cheddar, 4 tablespoons Parmesan, and garlic.
Add sliced potatoes and toss together until all potatoes are well coated. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Arrange potatoes in the baking dish, keeping them upright. Repeat until all potatoes are used.
Evenly pour the remaining cream mixture over the potatoes and season lightly with salt and pepper.

2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with olive oil.
