Ahhh okay por lo meno comieron aquí con los ojos 😆.

And to be fair, I would typically drain some of the oil pero I wasn’t thinking straight. Ya girl was starved!

Here’s what I used to make this super quick yet delicious mojo con papa y sardines.

What you’ll need is to save this first! 😉

Now prep some onions, peppers, garlic and sauté with a little butter or you can use the juice from the sardines only.

Then season with your heart! I used Loisa mojo & adobo mostly along with a few other things you see in the video.

Add your protein of choice.
I used sardines, but you can do any other protein you desire. Shrimp would be a great sub or tofu!

Being a tourist in la zona colonial brought me mixed emotions that were important for me to acknowledge and move past. I learned a very important lesson and that’s that as an Afro Latina, I don’t need to shrink nor ask for permission to belong.
