I’m happy to say that Lena, who has quickly become a fast friend, is going to be picking up Otto soon to join her crew of very laid back senior and special needs furry family.

We chatted at length about Otto, his needs and her fur babies and we are hopeful that Otto may learn that other cats can be friendly, especially when they are much more low speed than our girls. I’m looking forward to watching Otto fit into her crew and you all can too by following her page 😻 I offered this page, but it’s a lot to maintain one page, let alone two, so she will be sharing Otto’s journey a bit there and I’ll share some updates I get from her occasionally here too!

Lena came highly recommended to me by many of you and it makes me feel so so good to know he will be in good hands and he will have enough space to spread out and have his own space if he desires, but I’m hopeful he will make friends 🥹

Update: We have found a home for Otto’s next chapter. I appreciate the words of support and encouragement in both comments and messages.

I’m grateful the reach of this page has allowed us to find the perfect spot for him to relax in a calm, single person, no other cat home.

I did offer his new cat mama this account. She said she isn’t a huge social media person, which I can understand, but she said she will send me all the updates and photos for myself and that I can share them here if I want to with you all. That said, I’ll share any updates I have about Otto here as I get them from her.

I understand those who don’t support this decision and welcome anyone who would like to unfollow this account to do so.

Some of you have requested Otto merch, so I have added a few more items to Otto’s Etsy shop!

I hope you love the additions to Otto’s Etsy shop! To be transparent, we use a print provider for these items, so we only have so much room to keep costs lower and only see a few dollars of profit per item, but we are happy to share Otto merch with all of you! I’ve ordered some samples of some of the items so far for myself and can’t wait to see how they look! 😍

I wanted to get a few Valentine’s inspired items out that can be used all year long. I am obsessed with the cat mom and cat dad design!
