A magical ✨photo dump✨

Took a whole week off from the gym, work, and my routine to spend time with family and with myself.

Things I did:

Read The Four Agreements (could not recommend it more)

Daily HIIT workouts to keep me active and my endorphins high

Daily routine consisted of:

Workout -> Breakfast -> Tan & Read -> Lunch -> Ocean & Watch the Sunset

I got a rush of inspiration and I’m ready to head back home and get to work. Learning to always do my best in every aspect. Life is too short to live with any regrets.

Happy Fall 🍂 🧡

Here to changing seasons and accepting change in life. Lots of emotions, feelings, and thoughts have been hitting me this week but I’m happy to say that my path seems to be getting clearer.

I know it’s hard, but don’t stress about not knowing everything right now. You aren’t meant to know what the future holds so why worry about it?

Relax, breathe, and just be present. The future is a result of the steps and choices you are making now.

Don’t stress about what’s to come, focus on the now 🍁🍂
