Reflecting on this day...

Thank you God for giving me another day.

I'm full of gratitude for the simple things that are so meaningful. A conversation on the phone that filled my heart. Visiting with friends after a meeting. Enjoying a delicious meal with my sister in law.

There are not always great things or even good things in my day, but if I start each day and end each day with gratitude then my attitude generally remains in a peaceful disposition.
