When your favorite chicken understood the assignment and literally took them under his wing. My heart just can not 😭

The white turkey (Bebe) and baby chick (Ranger) lost their flock mates (they were killed by a cat) and have been kinda weird the last few days, crying a lot and not eating much. Decided to let them mingle while I cleaned the coops .. told Shadow to watch out for them and take him under his wing since hes all they got now. He did not disappoint.

Guess im gonna have to rearrange and move some birds around tomorrow. What fun, yay me!
