Finally got my jib crane up in the shop just gotta hang the hoist! As soon as the saw is painted very soon it will be sitting next to it so we can swing parts right from the saw directly to the fabrication table 😎

Here’s one from awhile back I went mobile on. A buddy went wide body on this beautiful unit and did all the cutting of the fenders to fit the big wheels and tires then I showed up to weld in rolled 16ga sheet metal to give the fenders some reinforcement to keep them from being so flimsy after a bunch of material was cut out for the wide body kit! Always a good time when you get to do two of your favorite things, Weld and be around cool cars😎🤘🏻Be sure to check him out as he just started his own business S&S AutoGlass

Had the pleasure to help out Robbie Paul Construction And Excavating on making some heavy duty 1” all thread longer to get them off the island with holding together a big skid built from some heavy duty beams for their excavator to sit on and keep it from sinking down in some muck! Put a big bevel on them along with a 3/16” open root and laid 2 really hot passes to them.

A little floor reinforcement fab job! Needed custom heights for the floor jacks so I made up some riser tubes 2x2x1/4” sq tube up to a 5x5x1/4 sq tube to support the floor joists, installed as well! Added 14” to the main tube length then split it in half and made it bolt together so we could get it into the basement and easier to handle!

Trailer came in for a new 3500lb straight tongue coupler! The old one was completely busted and missing the latch assembly. Good to go now😎🧑🏼‍🏭🫡

Productive weekend last weekend had a little free time to get some stuff done for the business🤜🏼🤛🏼 i picked up a nice little cat 5,000lb picking capacity fork lift that will make many jobs much easier. So if you have something that’s heavy and not sure that I’ll be able to unload etc this girl has it covered😎 also just about have the service truck road ready, just about done with rebuilding the rear bumper then the box is ready to get soda blasted and painted then some decals 👌🏼 also have the saw just about all torn down and ready for paint as well!

Nice easy little SS exhaust repair, the old flex joint seen a few to many pot holes lol, cut it out and replaced it with a nice new flex bellow with a inner liner! Should hold up much better.

4th of July weekend trailer repair, something smashed the front railing up pretty good and snapped some of the vertical tubes on each side. So I cut all the bad out and made new. Repaired some rivets on the fender and added some welds to the mesh on the ramps!

A drop gate for a mower deck needed a bracket welded back on and the hinge for the handle was pretty worn out so I made up a new piece to replace it as well!

Always love a good challenge and to say the least this was a challenge lol! Got the Seneca county fairgrounds horse track water tank back in one piece 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 Ground off all the old weld and re beveled it and laid a big hot weld to it! Also had to fix the baffles and re-install those on the inside to keep the water from moving around to much! And to top it off I got the bumper straightened back out after hitting it with the torch to help it bend back to its happy place! Back to the track she went

Brand new 60” box blade came in for some love, a couple cold welds from factory let go allowing a ripper shank to blow out the back side of the main tube! It came to the right place 😁 V’d out the tube pressed it back welded it and smoothed it out and added a lot more welds because it didn’t have many on it for the force it will see!
