Customer brought this grain bin tarp roller bracket by for a repair. Both tabs busted off and he needed to get the trailer closed up asap so we bent it back, beveled it and welded it up! Better than new 😎👌🏼

It’s that time of the year!!! Planting season 😎🤘🏻 new customer saw the yard sign and happen to have a emergency break that he needed fixed ASAP the shaft that spins the augers snapped free from the sprocket, guy tried to put some weld on to keep it moving but it didn’t hold up! Cut all the old welds off pulled the gearbox put a nice bevel on it and laid on about 5 hot passes 😎 back in the feild not even 24hrs later 🫡 keep me in mind for any repair needs!!

One of the best food trucks in Ohio and great customer called me Wednesday morning and asked if I could get the ordering tray fixed on the trailer before their Thursday morning event, so I made it happen! The aluminum pop rivets sheared off so I drilled them out and through bolted it because of the constant open and closing and bouncing down the road had the holes pretty worn out. Better than new 😎🤘🏻 safe to say they made the event 🫡 make sure you give them a follow The Wailing Onion

Some forged aluminum welding! This wheel had a pretty decent crack in it. Located the end of the crack, drilled it so it doesn’t come back and continue to crack, ground it out then welded and sanded smooth 😎🤘🏻

This was quite the project! New customer came to me and said his grain trailer had some bent support tubes, and he wasn’t kidding 😅 looks like she was loaded heavy and hit a bump and the tubes folded. Busted out the torch cut out all the bad stuff. Had some 3/16” plate formed so I could splice it all together on the inside of the tube then weld the cap on the formed pieces to make it box tubing again! Better than new is how we like to send stuff out the door on repair jobs 😎🫡🤘🏻

Some more target brackets knocked out! This time we designed one without any shaft couplers so it’s one solid unit minus the vertical rod that gets threaded into the yoke! Excited for what’s to come with these this year 😎🤘🏻🫡 The new rod bender is pretty handy and is gonna make fabricating these so nice.
