It's pretty sad that Grimes County can come down this PRIVATE ROAD , with all of their heavy trucks and tractors in and out to demolition a house , for 2 days now , but can't seem to do any repairs to this road while they are digging deeper holes, buy yet was told they aren't supposed to have their equipment down in here , well get out of our road , or at least do some repairs .

Well hello neighbors haven't posted in awhile , but these pics are from today's rain . They are pics of the front culverts on the beginning of Millcreek, I have noticed alot of clearing being done in this location, if your going to clear property please make sure that your debris is not going in the flow of the creek , because your neighbors would greatly appreciate it , my husband and a friend got these culverts clear , so with that being said we will not be the only ones giving a dam about the flooding of the roads . So please clear the culverts of your debri. We have kids and Grandchildren living on this road and that debris rendures the safety of all of us on this road. Thanks your concerned neighbor.

Good evening fellow neighbors, yesterday I meet with David Tullos and Dave Lilly, regarding all the safety concerns we are having in our area , they assured me that they will see what is possible for them to do, and that it is going to take all of us and yes I agree it will take all of us , yesterday I felt like the lone ranger. If we are all wanting a change for our area , then if you haven't done so , please email pics and videos to all of the officials that I have provided, and if you know of any places on these creeks that are being blocked please provide the pictures. Please call and email these officials and pictures, videos or concerns regarding the unsafe conditions from flooding , damage, etc. We need help and it's going to take more than just a few of us to get these concerns taken care of , and I encourage everyone , when there is a meeting to attend and have our voices heard.

David Lilly called from Emergency Management this morning and is had to cancel , he said that he will try and be out here tommorow possibly by 1:00 p.m.
