Here is what I made yesterday in Yadi’s Workshop and Friends Pumpkin & Crafters Choice Event.
Pumpkin Pie Recipe:
Ingredients:
3/4 c of granulated sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt and cloves. 2 large eggs, 1 30oz of pumpkin pie mix, 12oz of evaporated milk, 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells.
Instructions:
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin in the sugar mixture add eggs, gradually add the evaporated milk.
Pour mixture into pie shells.
Bake in preheated 425F oven for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350F and continue to bake for another 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Whipped Topping Recipe:
Ingredients:
1C of heavy cream
1/4c confectioners sugar
1tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl with electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Cover and refrigerat
