Dylan confesses to hitting and killing Luna with her vehicle. She just admitting it now? Days have pasted. So she left the scene of the fatal accident and now she’s a felon. Shouldn’t she have stayed at the scene and told the police that it was an accident. But she fled the scene or didn’t report it just like Ted Kennedy did Chappaquiddick?  Deputy chief Baker will probably let her off.
