We extend our warm congratulations to William Kitchen, newly elected to the Muskegon Heights City Council.

William knows the realities of incarceration and the challenges of coming home. What stands out most is the way he chose to keep helping others — offering support, encouragement, and a steady presence in his community. His election is a testament to what can happen when people are given a chance to rebuild their lives.

The Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) provides that a prisoner can not file a lawsuit alleging mental or emotional injuries without a “physical” injury. This gives prison officials the right to degrade, dehumanize, taunt, threaten, harass, and racially slur prisoners if it does not cause a physical injury. Prison Paralegal Prison Nation

Three Mercy Health👮 👮‍♀️ 👮‍♂️ are kicking someone out of St. Vincent Medical Center. At the elevators the 🐷 starts manhandling the guy and notices I’m video recording. That’s when the 🐷 pointed and told the other 🐖 🐖 they had to get that video. That’s when the🐖 🐖 🐖 grabbed me, snatched my cellphone from my hand, and held it up to my face to unlock it.
