I set an intention to move my body more in 2025 and that’s exactly what I did. So no, I’m not entering this new year with a brand new goal or some big idea of rebranding. Noooooooo buddy 😌
Instead of trying to throw away the old you and start over every year, how about we double down on who we are?
2026 is about doubling down.😤
My goal was to move more in 2025 and I did that. And my goal remains the same. This is about letting your actions meet your words.
Mean what you say. Say what you mean. Let your actions speak louder than your words. 💯
