Town of Tonawanda Homicide Cleveland Dr
- On May 16th at 2:48 am Town of Tonawanda police and medics responded to an EMS call at 337 Cleveland Dr. Where they found 51 year Tiffany L. Malvaso dead. She had died from blunt force trauma. Her husband, 36-year-old Nicholas M. Malvaso. Was arrested and charged with Murder 2nd Degree (Class A-1 Felony). He was arraigned, in Town of Tonawanda Court, before the Honorable J. Patrick Lennon. Mr. Malvaso was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail. Mr. Malvaso’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 4PM in Town of Tonawanda Court.

11:35pm Air one is going up, Buffalo Police have live tracking on a stolen Volvo they have been chasing all night

1136pm Open mic, Buffalo Dispatcher upset he has cars in Kenmore and nobody let him know

1144 They have suspects on Euclid and one running on parkwood, Air1 got them with the thermal in the backyards

1145 They are using thermal for the last suspect who his hiding near a trampoline. Its an Air1 voice I've never heard.

1147 All suspects in custody 3 in total, BPD got 1 prior to Air1 and Air1 got the other 2 flushed out and BPD took them into custody
